All
An Act Productions,
or
A3,
as we affectionately call it, is an Erie theatre troupe whose mission is
to make quality theatre more accessible to the Greater Erie Community.
We strive to expose more people to The Arts and continue the tradition
of live Theatre in Erie.
All An Act Productions
was
founded in 2004 by
Larry Lewis
(Managing Director) and
David W. Mitchell
(Artistic Director). The Arts should be accessible
to everyone and live theatre is no exception.
We endeavor to provide a venue where those who can’t regularly go and
see Erie Theatre can, and those who already do can go more often.
With the gracious help of The Erie
School District and the Principal and Staff at East High School, we were
able to mount Ray Cooney’s “Funny
Money”
in 2004, followed by Monk Ferris’
“Let’s Murder Marsha!”
in 2005, A.R. Gurney’s
“The Middle Ages”
in 2006, and Neil Simon’s
“The Odd Couple”
in 2007.
Our productions have been very well received, here are some of the
comments we received from our audiences:
· “The
All An Act Players have succeeded...." --
Floyd Lawrence, Showcase Magazine
· “Great
show, I laughed til I cried”
--
Rhonda Maxa - Erie, PA
· “Everyone
should see this! My daughter and I laughed all through the play…

--
Grace

--
Andrew
Douglas - Erie, PA
· “Thanks

great
entertainment!!”
--
George Perry- Erie, PA
· “...a
welcome addition to the theatre community”--

It
is our sincere hope that all of our projects are equally well received
and enjoyed by the Erie Community.
