Charlie Lewis, a famous playwright, has become so obsessed with his work that he hallucinates the characters he writes about --
--and
re-writes about in all his plays.
After a
mental collapse and realizing he had completely lost touch with reality,
he checks himself into a
mental health facility.
Ignoring the doctor's orders to take a break from writing, he locks
himself up in his room with his scripts and his characters,
and the hilarious mayhem ensues!
Now, his
three favorite characters have realized it is up to them to help
Charlie. But as they poke around inside Charlie's head, one
question remains --
“Who
and what is real?"

The Deputy Mayor of New York has just shot himself! Though only a flesh wound, four couples are about to experience a severe attack of Farce.
At a gathering for their 10th wedding anniversary, four couples discover their host has been shot! He lies bleeding in the other room and his wife is nowhere in sight.
His lawyer, Ken and wife Chris must get "the story" straight before the other guests arrive. As the confusions and miscommunications mount, the evening spins off into classic farcical hilarity!
